POINT(S) OF RECEIPT. Buyer shall deliver or cause to be delivered gas at the point(s) of receipt hereunder at a pressure sufficient to allow the gas to enter Seller's pipeline system at the varying pressures that may exist in such system from time to time; provided, however, the pressure of the gas delivered or caused to be delivered by Buyer shall not exceed the maximum operating pressure(s) of Seller's pipeline system at such point(s) of receipt. In the event the maximum operating pressure(s) of Seller's pipeline system, at the point(s) of receipt hereunder, is from time to time increased or decreased, then the maximum allowable pressure(s) of the gas delivered or caused to be delivered by Buyer to Seller at the point(s) of receipt shall be correspondingly increased or decreased upon written notification of Seller to Buyer. The point(s) of receipt for natural gas received for transportation pursuant to this agreement shall be: See Exhibit A, attached hereto, for points of receipt.

POINT(S) OF RECEIPT. The Point(s) of Receipt for all gas to be tendered by Shipper to Bay Gas for injection into the Storage Facilities shall be as specified on Exhibit “A”, and the maximum daily quantity of gas which Bay Gas is obligated to receive from Shipper at each individual Point of Receipt shall not exceed the maximum stated thereon.

POINT(S) OF RECEIPT. 3.1 GreenHunter shall deliver Water at the Point(s) of Receipt which shall be located on land owned or leased by GreenHunter within the Contract Area. The land, whether acquired by GreenHunter directly from the surface owner or by GreenHunter from Tuesday Pipeline, must be on terms mutually acceptable between the parties. The failure of GreenHunter to acquire or lease property necessary to conduct the operations required hereunder on terms acceptable to it, shall enable GreenHunter to cancel and terminate this Agreement upon thirty (30) days written notice to Tuesday Pipeline provided such notice is received on or before December 31, 2014. GreenHunter shall operate and maintain any required truck offloading, barging docks, and storage tanks at the Point(s) of Receipt along with any necessary loading and unloading tanks. GreenHunter installs, operates and maintains all facilities at the Point(s) of Receipt.
POINT(S) OF RECEIPT. 4.1 The point(s) of receipt and delivery of Gas deliveries to Transporter is (are) as designated by the parties. 4.2 Shipper shall deliver or cause to be delivered to Transporter any Gas to be parked or loaned to be repaid hereunder at pressures sufficient to deliver such Gas into Transporter's system at the point(s) of receipt.
POINT(S) OF RECEIPT. The Point(s) of Receipt for all gas to be tendered by Shipper to Bay Gas for injection into the Storage Facilities shall be as specified on Exhibit “A”, and the maximum daily quantity of gas which Bay Gas is obligated to receive from Shipper at each individual Point of Receipt shall not exceed the maximum stated thereon. Bay Gas agrees pursuant to Article 3.4 above, to accommodate flow variations requested by Shipper different from those specified on Exhibit “A” to the extent such variations can be accommodated without endangering the service to Bay Gas’ other Shippers or the operational integrity of Bay Gas’ facilities.

POINT(S) OF RECEIPT. 1. The Primary Receipt Point(s) for subsequent transportation to Customer for all storage withdrawal quantities shall be the points of withdrawal from Pipeline's storage pool(s). 2. These Point(s) of Receipt shall only be Primary, as defined in Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff, to the extent that corresponding nominations for withdrawal from Pipeline's storage pool(s) is provided under the "Service Agreement Applicable To The Storage of Natural Gas Under Rate Schedule GSS (Part 284)" between Pipeline and Customer, dated May 15, 1996. 3. Pipeline may receive quantities for Customer at any Secondary Receipt Point pursuant to the provisions of Pipeline's FERC Gas Tariff.
POINT(S) OF RECEIPT. The Points of Receipt and the maximum quantity for that point shall be as set forth below. Each of the parties will use due care and diligence to assure that uniform pressures will be maintained at the Receipt Points as reasonably may be required to render service hereunder, but Pipeline shall not be required to accept gas at less than the minimum pressures specified herein. In addition to the quantities specified below, Customer may increase the quantities furnished to Pipeline at each Receipt Point, so long as such quantities, when reduced by the fuel retention percentage specified in Pipeline's currently effective FERC Gas Tariff, do not exceed the quantity limitation specified below for each Receipt Point. 1. Up to 5,000 Dt per Day at the interconnection of the facilities of Pipeline and Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation ("Texas Eastern") or other pipeline(s) in Westxxxxxxxx Xxxnty, Pennsylvania, known as the Oakford Interconnection, at a pressure of not less than five hundred seventy-five (575) pounds per square inch gauge ("psig"); 2. Up to 5,000 Dt per Day at the interconnection of the facilities of Pipeline and Texas Eastern or Transcontinental Gas Pipe Line Corporation known as the Leidx Xxxerconnection, at a pressure of not less than one thousand two hundred (1,200) psig. EXHIBIT A 3. Up to 5,000 Dt per Day at the interconnection of the facilities of Pipeline and Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company ("Tennessee") at the Ellisburg Interconnection; and other mutually agreed upon interconnects in Tennessee's Zone 4, at a pressure of not less than four hundred seventy-five (475) psig; 4. Subject to the availability of capacity, up to 5,000 Dt per Day at the interconnection of the facilities of Pipeline and Texas Eastern in Warrxx Xxxnty, Ohio, known as the Lebanon Interconnection; 5. To the extent of available capacity, and as mutually agreeable, up to 1,500 Dt per day at the interconnection of the facilities of Pipeline and Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation, at Wirt Xxxnty, West Virginia, known as the Rockport Interconnection, at a pressure of not less than three hundred nine (309) psig; and up to 5,000 Dt per day at Oscax Xxxxxx Xxxerconnect at a pressure of not less than six hundred eighty (680) psig.
POINT(S) OF RECEIPT. BPA shall make power available to Port Xxxxxxxx under this Agreement at firm points of receipt as specified in the current Transmission Service Agreement (except in the event that all points of receipt on the Federal Columbia River Power System would be considered non-firm) solely for the purpose of scheduling transmission to points of delivery for service to Port Townsend’s plant load. Port Xxxxxxxx shall schedule, if scheduling is necessary, such power solely for use by its plant load. Points of Receipt and their capacity amounts may only be changed through mutual agreement. However, at any time PS may request the use of a non- firm alternate Point of Receipt to provide power to Port Xxxxxxxx.
