Points of Withdrawal. All AWT Water furnished pursuant to this Agreement shall be taken from storage by the Company at the points of withdrawal controlled by the Company and permitted by the California Department of Public Health. The Company shall be solely responsible for operating and maintaining all of its facilities for withdrawal of water.
