Pojištění zadavatele. Sponsor confirm that adequate finances or insurance is in place to cover their responsibilities under this Agreement and will be maintained for the duration of this Agreement. Zadavatel potvrzuje, že má k dispozici odpovídající finanční prostředky nebo pojištění k pokrytí závazků dle této Smlouvy, které bude v platnosti podobu jejího trvání.
