Policies and Benefits. Except as otherwise provided herein, the Executive’s employment shall be subject to the personnel policies which apply generally to the Corporation’s employees (or if Executive is employed by a Subsidiary or the Parent, such Subsidiary’s or the Parent’s employees) as the same may be interpreted, adopted, revised or deleted from time to time, during the term of this Agreement, by the Corporation in its sole discretion.
