Policies and Procedures; Compliance Verification. Comply with all policies and procedures established by Us in administering and interpreting this Group Agreement. Contract Holder shall, upon request, provide a certification of its compliance with Our participation and contribution requirements and the requirements for a group as defined under applicable law or regulation.
