Policies Applicable to Visiting Faculty and Personnel. Faculty and other personnel of a party who are working at the facilities of another party will be subject to and comply with any applicable policies of the host institution unless the host institution waives such policies. Visiting staff or faculty may become an affiliate of the host organization at the option of the host organization. The host institution may exclude particular visiting faculty or other personnel of another party from the host institution’s facilities for failure to comply with the host institution’s policy or other reasonable cause at the discretion of the host institution.
