Policies with Insureds in Addition to DB Contractor. All insurance policies that are required to insure Persons (whether as named or additional insureds) in addition to DB Contractor shall comply or be endorsed to comply with the following provisions. 7.7.6.1. The insurance policy shall be written or endorsed so that no acts or omissions of an insured shall vitiate coverage of the other insureds, provided that professional liability policies shall not be required to comply with this Section 7.7.6. 1.
