POLICING FUND. 7.3.01 The Employer shall deduct from each employee's earnings at the following rate for the Local Union's Policing Fund: A minimum of forty cents ($0.40) per hour earned or an amount to be determined at the Pre-job Conference. This amount shall be remitted to the Local Union having area jurisdiction over the work being performed together with the monthly remittance to the Health and Welfare Fund.
