Senior policing decision makers, including National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) and the Association of Police & Crime Commissioners (APCC), will be able to draw on the Regional Transformation Team in supporting them in determining strategic priorities for improvement. Each ROCU Host Force shall procure that the Force and ROCU Strategic leads will be able to draw on the support and expertise of the Regional Transformation Teams and able to commission coordination and support activity through the MSPTU. Forces and ROCUs will benefit from greater understanding of good practice in relation to Modern Slavery, and will be able to use other Forces/agencies experience to inform their approaches and investigative techniques. Each ROCU Host Force shall procure that the Regional Transformation Teams will benefit from drawing on the MSPTU Team, in order to help overcome challenges encountered in their region and the development of their regional action plan.
