Common use of Policy Cancellation Clause in Contracts

Policy Cancellation. Except for ten (10) calendar days’ notice for non-payment of premium, premium, CONTRACTOR or its insurers must provide thirty (30) calendar days prior written notice to Xxxxxx City Purchasing and Contracts if any policy will be canceled, non-renewed or if required coverage and /or limits reduced or materially altered, and shall provide that notices required by this paragraph shall be sent by mail to Xxxxxx City Purchasing and Contracts, 000 X.
