Common use of Policy Determination Clause in Contracts

The Board of Education has the right to determine, with the advice and recommendation of the school faculty, the curriculum to be taught, textbooks to be used, the grading system, and all other rules and regulations with regard to the conduct of the pupils on the school premises.
