Policy Protection Rider. Protects the death benefit of the base policy and any Estate Protection Rider from lapse as long as the Policy Protection Account Value ("shadow account") is not negative. The Reinsurer will automatically reinsure a portion of the remainder of the risk, called the Reinsured Net Amount at Risk, as defined below in this Schedule B.
