Common use of POLICY RENEWAL Clause in Contracts

POLICY RENEWAL. It shall not be Our incumbent to give notice of renewal to the Insured. The premium for the renewal of the Policy Schedule shall be deemed to be due on the date on which the Policy Schedule expires. However, We shall remain liable for fourteen(14) days from the expiry date of the Policy Schedule provided that by the last day of the said fourteen (14) days the renewal premium is actually paid unless We or the Insured had given notice that the Policy Schedule would not be renewed. The Policy Schedule shall not in any event be renewable when the Insured Person attains the age of eighty (80) years old.
