Policy Transfer. You may not transfer this policy to another person without our written consent.
Policy Transfer. Upon termination of this Agreement, Producer shall have the option of requiring InsureZone to take such reasonable action as is necessary to transfer such agent of record or broker of record designation(s) to Producer or such other entity as directed by Producer. In order for the transfer of any policies to take place, Producer shall be current with all monthly fees and will have a valid E&O policy on file with InsureZone.

Upon termination of this Agreement, Producer shall have the option of transferring their active accounts with an agent of record or broker of record designation to the respective insurance carrier or a cooperating wholesaler or such other entity as directed by insured and approved by the insurance carrier. In order for the transfer of any policies to take place, Producer shall be current with charge-back commissions and will have a valid Errors & Omission’s insurance policy on file with OMEGA.
