Political Polling Prohibition. GRANTEE Subrecipient represents and warrants that it does not perform political polling and acknowledges that appropriated funds may not be granted to, or expended by, any entity which performs political polling, except that this prohibition does not apply to a poll conducted by an academic institution as a part of the institution’s academic mission that is not conducted for the benefit of a particular candidate or party.
