Common use of Polls Clause in Contracts

Polls. Subject to the provisions of this Trust Agreement or Applicable Laws, any question at a meeting of Unitholders shall be decided by a poll. A poll shall be taken in such manner as the chairman shall direct. Upon a poll each Person present shall be entitled, in respect of the Units which the Unitholder is entitled to vote at the meeting upon the question, to one vote for each Unit held and the result of the poll so taken shall be the decision of the Unitholders upon the said question.
