Common use of Pomace Clause in Contracts

Pomace. CCCSWA will Dispose of all Pomace from the Processing of its Food Waste unless mutually agreed to otherwise. Because the District receives Food Waste from other sources, Pomace may not be from CCCSWA Food Waste and may rather be an equivalent volume based on a CCCSWA specific Pomace reject rate determined annually by the District.
