Common use of Pool Rules Clause in Contracts

Pool Rules. a. Any fruit loss and storage incentives shall be shared amongst the Growers in proportion to the volume of fruit submitted by each Grower and on the basis that the losses shall be sustained, and the incentives shall be received by each pool and the Growers in the following proportions: Grower Pool Hayward Conventional - 100% Hayward Organic - 100% Green14 Conventional - 100% Gold3 Conventional - 100% Gold3 Organic - 100% Class 2,3 and Hayward 46s - 100% Gold 42s, NSS - 100%
