Common use of Population Strategy Clause in Contracts

Population Strategy. Member States shall implement the "General Framework of Population Strategy of the GCC States", adopt the policies necessary for the development of human resources and their optimal utilization, provision of health care and social services, enhancement of the role of women in development, and the achievement of balance in the demographic structure and labor force to ensure social harmony in Member States, emphasize their Arab and Islamic identity, and maintain their stability and solidarity.
