Port District’s Right to Pay. If Developer shall be in default in paying any charge for which a lien claim has been filed, and if Developer has not contested such lien in accordance with Section 18.4, then Port District may, but shall not be so obliged to, pay said lien claim and any costs incurred in connection therewith, and the amount so paid, together with reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred in connection therewith, shall be immediately due and owing from Developer to Port District, and Developer shall pay the same to Port District pursuant to the Reimbursement Procedure, together with interest on the full amount thereof at the Default Rate from the date of Port District’s payments until paid.
