Port Engineer Seniority Roster. This list shall not apply to the Digital Systems Port Engineer or the Maintenance Analyst Project Engineer and shall be used in determining vacation periods, and on duty schedules. The Port Engineer Seniority Roster shall show the first date of continuous employment, otherwise known as the date they were appointed to the position as a Port Engineer and meet the requirements of this Section.
