Portal and Personal Data management The Portal enables Users to make reservations for the Restaurant. In this situation, TheFork and the Restaurateur are: - co-controllers for the processing of Personal Data carried out for taking, managing and monitoring reservations made by Users via the Portal and the Partner Sites; and - each respectively an independent data controller in connection with their own processing of Personal Data collected via the Portal for the purposes of managing customer relations with Users, including organising promotions, sending commercial communications, business development, direct marketing and other marketing activities. TheFork may also act as data processor when the Restaurateur uses the Application for the above purposes. 3.1.2 Reservation Module, Personal Data and cookies Management The Reservation Module may be installed on the dedicated website of the Restaurant (“Restaurant Website”) so that Users can book a table in the Restaurant on the Restaurant Website. TheFork provides the Restaurateur with a Google Analytics field to allow the Restaurateur to input the code generated by its Google Analytics tool to track the Reservation Module’s performance. The Restaurateur is responsible for disclosing to its end users which cookies it adds by way of this field. In addition, if the Restaurateur is using the white-label version of the Reservation Module, it shall: a) maintain and publish an adequate and compliant xxxxx material, och gör det möjligt för användarna att göra bokningar på restaurangägarens webbplats. Deze applicatie, die als TheFork Manager (de “Applicatie”) wordt aangeduid, wordt gehost op de servers van La Fourchette SAS. De Applicatie bevat de Reserveringsmodule van TheFork (de “Reserveringsmodule”), dit zijn grafische en tekstwidgets met statische elementen, zoals handelsmerken en logo’s van het Restaurant en/of TheFork, en dynamische elementen, met inbegrip van tekst, beschikbare data en andere informatie of materiaal gerelateerd aan het restaurant. Gebruikers xxxxxx in xxxxx gesteld reserveringen op de website van de Restauranthouder te maken. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data collected from such registrar from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Registry Operator shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars.

  • Shared Personal Data This clause sets out the framework for the sharing of personal data between the parties as data controllers. Each party acknowledges that one party (the Data Discloser) will regularly disclose to the other party (the Data Recipient) Shared Personal Data collected by the Data Discloser for the Agreed Purposes.
