Shared Personal Data definition

Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under clause 1.2 of this agreement to enable the parties to fulfil their obligations under the terms of this Agreement.
Shared Personal Data. Means Personal Data contained in the fields within Registration Data and that is Processed in accordance with the Applicable Agreements.
Shared Personal Data means the personal data to be shared between the parties under this agreement as set out in the Data Protection Particulars in the Order Form or as otherwise agreed between the parties in writing.

  • Each party acknowledges that one party (referred to in this clause as the Data Discloser) will regularly disclose to the other party Shared Personal Data collected by the Data Discloser for the Agreed Purposes.

  • Each party shall at all times process the Shared Personal Data in a manner that ensures appropriate security of the Shared Personal Data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, using appropriate technical and organisational measures which, at a minimum, meet the standard required by Article 32 of the UK GDPR).

  • Scope - The Scope of the processing will encompass receiving Client Personal Data, storing, organising or otherwise filing the Shared Personal Data in order to enable the full functionality of the software to be able to perform the payment of outsourced payroll or SaaS (and/or other services where stated) as specified in the Master Agreement and on the Services Schedule.


More Definitions of Shared Personal Data

Shared Personal Data means the Personal Data to be shared between the Parties under this Agreement. Shared Personal Data shall be confined to the following categories of information relevant to the following categories of data subject:
Shared Personal Data is the personal data and special category personal data to be shared between the parties pursuant to the GDPR 2016/679.
Shared Personal Data means any Personal Data collected or received by one Party pursuant to this Contract (i) in respect of which the other Party is a controller (as defined in the applicable Data Protection Law); or (ii) where the Data Subject from whom the Personal Data is obtained has provided the Personal Data in the context of its relationship with (including employment by) the other Party;
Shared Personal Data means the Personal Data and Special Category Personal Data to be shared between the Parties under Clause 3 of this Agreement;
Shared Personal Data means the Staff Personal Data and Patient Personal Data;
Shared Personal Data means any personal data shared between the Parties and processed by each Party as an independent controller in their own right pursuant to or in connection with this Agreement, as further specified in Annex 3.
Shared Personal Data means any personal data held by one party as controller, which is provided to the other party as a controller under this Agreement.
