Common use of Portfolio Management Service Clause in Contracts

Portfolio Management Service. 32.1. If the Client wishes so and subject to the Client’s obligations being fulfilled and all internal Company tests (i.e. suitability test) being duly satisfied, the Company will offer to the Client access to use the Social Trading features of the Platform (as described in Appendix 2 hereunder), which involve the provision of the Service of Portfolio Management.
