Portfolio Manager. (a) The Subservicer shall designate a portfolio manager and other appropriate personnel to receive documents and communications from KRECM and to provide assistance to KRECM consistent with KRECM’s supervisory authority over the Subservicer under this Agreement. (b) KRECM shall designate a portfolio manager and other appropriate personnel to receive documents and communications from the Subservicer and to provide to the Subservicer information, materials and correspondence relating to the Mortgage Loans and the related Borrowers which may be necessary or appropriate to enable the Subservicer to perform its obligations under this Agreement.
