Portfolio Report. The Borrower shall, or shall cause the Servicer to, provide to the Administrative Agent (i) a monthly portfolio report, in a form reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent, and (ii) additional information concerning the Borrower, the Servicer, the Purchased Receivables and the Managed Pool Receivables that the Administrative Agent may reasonably request from time to time to satisfy or fulfill regulatory requirements applicable to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders.
