Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.

(a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Executive Vice President and & Chief Accounting Investment Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board or the officer of the Company to which Employee reports shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the BoardGroup, in each case without additional compensation.

(a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Vice President Chief Operating Officer and Chief Accounting Customer Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Executive Vice President President, Chief Legal and Chief Accounting Administrative Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer President, Commercial, of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer President, Spend Management Segment of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Vice President and President, Chief Accounting Financial Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Underwriting Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board or the officer of the Company Group to which Employee reports shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the BoardGroup, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer Chairman of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board or the officer of the Company to which Employee reports shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the BoardGroup, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Operating Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.

(a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Information Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board or the officer of the Company Group to which Employee reports shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the BoardGroup, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Vice President and President, Chief Accounting Officer Actuary, of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board or the officer of the Company Group to which Employee reports shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the BoardGroup, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer President, Revenue Cycle Technology of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the Board, in each case without additional compensation.

Position Duties and Responsibilities Place of Performance. (a) During the Term of Employment, Employee shall be employed and serve as the Senior Executive Vice President and President, Chief Accounting Corporate Strategy Officer of the Company (together with such other position or positions consistent with Employee’s title as the Board or the officer of the Company Group to which Employee reports shall specify from time to time) and shall have such duties typically associated with such title. Subject to the foregoing, Employee also agrees to serve as an officer and/or director of any other member of the Company or any parent or subsidiary of the Company, as specified by the BoardGroup, in each case without additional compensation.
