Common use of Position; Location Clause in Contracts

Position; Location. During the Employment Period, the Executive shall serve as President of the Company and perform such duties and services appertaining to such position as reasonably directed by the Company. The Executive's services shall be performed primarily at the Company's headquarters which shall be located in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
