Common use of Position; Scope of Employment Clause in Contracts

Position; Scope of Employment. Executive shall have the position of Chief Financial Officer of Employer. Executive agrees to perform such services customary to such position and as shall be assigned to him by the Employer’s Chief Executive Officer and/or Board of Directors. Executive shall report directly to the Employer’s Chief Executive Officer.

Executive’s prior Employment Agreement is hereby terminated and superseded in whole by this Employment Agreement.
