Common use of Position; Scope of Employment Clause in Contracts

Position; Scope of Employment. Employee shall have the position of Vice President of Finance/Accounting for Employer, and shall have the duties and authority set forth below, and as detailed on the position description attached as Exhibit "A", which duties and authority may be modified from time to time by Employer. As Vice President of Finance/Accounting, Employee shall report directly to the Employer's President and Chief Operating Officer and to the Board of Directors.

As Vice President of Finance/AccountingPresident, Employee shall report directly to the Employer's ’s President and Chief Operating Officer and to the Board of DirectorsOperations.
