Common use of Positions at More Than One Employer Clause in Contracts

Positions at More Than One Employer. There can only be one sending and one receiving Employer. Even if a nurse has two (2) or more permanent positions, (at more than one Employer) the nurse will only be able to transfer the seniority and benefits from one of the Employers when they voluntarily transfer to a receiving Employer. Transfer of seniority and benefits shall be applicable to all nurses, including those who are on lay off, currently employed in a permanent or term position who secure a permanent or term position in a receiving Employer in which they don't currently hold a permanent position.
