Positions Below 0.50 FTE. Positions below 0.50 FTE do not accrue leave. When there are breaks during the school year and for the summer months, the employee will be placed on leave without pay. If the employee is on unpaid leave for more than ten (10) workdays within a calendar month, the County will adjust their anniversary date by one month.
