Common use of Positive Imbalance Charges Clause in Contracts

Positive Imbalance Charges. (i) The Positive Imbalance Charges payable for a Fortnight shall equal the sum of the Positive Imbalance Charges payable in respect of each Day in the Fortnight. (ii) The Positive Imbalance Charge payable in respect of a Day shall be the product of the Cumulative Positive Imbalance Quantity for the Day and the applicable Positive Imbalance Rate (as detailed in the Annexure-1) for that CT.
