Common use of Possession by the Allottee Clause in Contracts

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* and handing over physical possession of the [Apartment/Plot] to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* completion certificate and handing over physical possession of all the [Apartment/Plot] units to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plansdocuments, including common areas, to the association Association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the [Apartment/Plot] flat to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* completion certificate and handing over physical possession of all the [ApartmentUnits comprising of Row Houses/Plot] Bungalows to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* and completion certificate or handing over physical possession of the [Apartment/Plot] Designated Unit to the AllotteesAllottee, as the case may be, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areasCommon Areas, to the association of the Allottee Association or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* and handing handling over physical possession of the [Apartment/Plot] (flat) to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Promoters to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be, ,as per the local laws.;

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate* and handing over physical possession of the [ApartmentEWS/Plot] LIG to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* certificate and/or completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the [ApartmentSaid Flat/Plot] Apartment to the AllotteesAllottee, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After applying for or obtaining the occupancy full or partial Completion certificate* and handing over physical possession of the [ApartmentFlat/Plot] Unit/Apartment to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* and handing over physical possession of the [Apartment/Plot] unit to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* completion certificate and handing over physical possession of all the [Apartment/Plot] units to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

After obtaining the occupancy certificate* / completion certificate (as applicable) and handing over physical possession of all the [Apartment/Plot] Units to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* completion certificate and handing over physical possession of all the [Apartment/Plot] Units to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areasCommon Areas and Installations, to the association of the Allottee Maintenance Company / Association or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* completion certificate and handing over physical possession of the [Apartment/Plot] allthe units to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plansdocuments, including common areas, to the association Association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* and completion certificate or handing over physical possession of the [Apartment/Plot] all the units to all the Allotteesallottees, whichever is earlier, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter Vendor to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areasCommon Areas, to the association of the Allottee Association or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* certificate and handing over physical possession of the [Apartment/Plot] Unit to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, areas to the association Association of the Allottee or the competent authorityCompetent Authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificatecertificate completion certificate * and handing over physical possession of the [Apartment/Plot] Block to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy certificate* occupancy/completion certificate (as applicable) and handing over physical possession of all the [Apartment/Plot] Units to the Allotteesallottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areasparts and portions, to the association of the Allottee allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.

Possession by the Allottee. After obtaining the occupancy completion certificate* and handing over physical possession of the [ApartmentVillas/Plot] commercial plot to the Allottees, it shall be the responsibility of the Promoter to hand over the necessary documents and plans, including common areas, to the association of the Allottee Allottees or the competent authority, as the case may be, as per the local laws.
