Common use of Possession Date, Delays and Termination Clause in Contracts

Possession Date, Delays and Termination. (i) The Promoter shall give possession of the said Premises to the Allottee on or before the 31st day of March, 2021 (“Possession Date”). Provided however, that the Promoter shall be entitled to an extension of time for giving delivery of the said Premises on the Possession Date, if the completion of the Real Estate Project is delayed on account of all or any of the following factors (force majeure events):
