Common use of Possession of Documents Clause in Contracts

Possession of Documents. All title deeds (if any) relating to the assets of the Company and an executed copy of all agreements to which the Company is a party, and the original copies of all other documents which are owned by or which ought to be in the possession of the Company are in its possession or available to its access.
