Common use of Possession Tendered - Defined Clause in Contracts

Possession Tendered - Defined. Possession of the Premises shall be deemed tendered to Lessee ("Tender of Possession") when (1) the improvements to be provided by Lessor under this Lease are substantially completed, (2) the Building utilities are ready for use in the Premises, (3) Lessee has reasonable access to the Premises, and (4) ten (10) days shall have expired following advance written notice to Lessee of the occurrence of the matters described in (1), (2) and (3), above of this paragraph 3.2.1.

Possession Tendered - Defined. Possession of the Premises shall be deemed tendered to Lessee ("Tender of Possession") when (1) the improvements to be provided by Lessor under this Lease are substantially completed, (2) the Building utilities are ready for use in the Premises, (3) Lessee Leases has reasonable access to the Premises, and (4) ten (10) days shall have expired following advance written notice to Lessee of the occurrence of the matters described in (1), (2) and (3), above of this paragraph 3.2.1.
