Post completion of Works obligations. 10.1 Following the issue of a certificate of completion under clause 6.2, for the period specified in the Schedule (or if no such period is expressly specified, twelve months) following the date of the certificate of completion, the Company may notify the Beneficiary of any deficiencies or defects in the Works which become apparent, giving full details of such deficiencies or defects in the Works.
