Post-Delivery Handling and Release. After delivery of the Product to Purchaser in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the Quality Agreement, any handling, storage, quality control, quality assurance, and the release of the Product shall be the sole responsibility of Purchaser or its designated Third Party.
