Post- Qualification& Evaluation of Bids i. In the absence of prequalification, the Procuring Agency will determine to its satisfaction whether the Bidder is qualified to perform the contract satisfactorily, in accordance with the evaluation criteria listed in BDS & pursuant to ITB Clause 2.1.3. ii) The determination will take into account the Bidder’s financial,technical,andproduction/supplyingcapabilities. It will be based upon an examination of the documentary evidence of the Bidder’s qualifications submitted by the Bidder, pursuant to ITB Clause 2.3.6, as well as such other information required for eligibility/qualification expressed in Bid Data Sheet as the Procuring Agency deems necessary and appropriate. iii) The Procuring Agency will technically evaluate and compare the Bids which have been determined to be responsive, pursuant to ITB Clause 2.5.5, as per Technical Specifications required. iv) The financial evaluation of a Bid will be on the basis of form of Price Schedules/ Financial Bid Form 8.10 to be decided by the Procuring Agency which must include clear cut instruction regarding item wise or package wise evaluation inclusive of prevailing taxes, duties, fees etc. 2.5.9.
