Post-Termination and Survival. On termination of this Agreement, Customer will immediately discontinue access and/or use of the Services and will return and/or destroy all documentation associated with the Services. Paragraphs 3, 5 through 8, and any other provisions that should survive pursuant to their terms will survive any termination of this Agreement.
