Post Termination Limitation. For a period of one year after termination of this Agreement, Authorized Selling Firm and Producers shall not knowingly induce or cause, or attempt to induce or cause, any concerted or organized effort to recommend, promote, encourage or endorse the termination, surrender, or cancellation of any Product sold pursuant to this Agreement.
