Notwithstanding any cancellation or termination of this Agreement or any of your accounts, nor any suspension or termination of access to or use of the Service, you will remain responsible for all payment and other obligations under this Agreement, including the obligation to pay all charges that may be due as a result of or in connection with such cancellation, termination or suspension.
