Post Termination. Following the termination of this Agreement pursuant to this Clause 9, none of the Parties shall have any further obligations under this Agreement to the other Parties, except in respect of: 9.7.1 the Parties’ respective obligations under Clause 9.6; 9.7.2 any obligations under this Agreement which are expressed to apply after the termination of this Agreement; and 9.7.3 any rights or obligations which have accrued in respect of any antecedent breach of any of the provisions of this Agreement to any other Party prior to such termination.
