Continuation of Indemnities. The indemnities by the Borrower in favour of the Indemnified Persons contained in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any breach by any Finance Party or the Borrower of the terms of this Agreement, the repayment or prepayment of the Loan, the cancellation of the Total Commitments or the repudiation by the Agent or the Borrower of this Agreement.
Continuation of Indemnities. The releases and indemnities contained in this Clause 14 for the benefit of either Party continue in full force and effect as to any Claims occurring or arising from any act occurring during the Term notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement whether by expiration of time or otherwise.
Continuation of Indemnities. The rights of each Indemnitee and Tax Indemnitee in respect of the indemnities contained in this Agreement, including, without limitation, in this Clause 18, shall continue in full force and effect in favor of each such Indemnitee and Tax Indemnitee (but always in accordance with the provisions of and subject to the limitations provided herein) notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, the other Lessee’s Documents and/or the leasing of the Aircraft hereunder for any reason whatsoever, and notwithstanding cessation of business of such Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee, dissolution of such Indemnitee, Tax Indemnitee or Lessee, any change in the constitution of such Indemnitee, Tax Indemnitee or Lessee, any transfer or assignment by an Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee of its rights in the Aircraft or its interest hereunder (subject to the terms of Clauses 18.2 and 19.2(b)(ii)), or any other fact, event or circumstance of any kind whatsoever, whether similar to any of the foregoing or not.
Continuation of Indemnities. The indemnities of the Borrower in favour of an Indemnified Person contained in this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect notwithstanding any breach by any Finance Party which is not that Indemnified Person or the Finance Party to which that Indemnified Person relates, or the Borrower of the terms of this Agreement, the repayment or prepayment of a Loan, the cancellation of the Total Commitments or the repudiation by the Facility Agent (in the case of an Indemnified Person other than the Facility Agent and its related Indemnified Persons) or the Borrower of this Agreement and shall survive the termination or expiry of this Agreement.

Continuation of Indemnities. For purposes of this Article, references to “the Corporation” shall include, in addition to the resulting corporation, any constituent corporation (including any constituent of a constituent) absorbed in a consolidation or merger which, if its separate existence had continued, would have had power and authority to indemnify its directors, officers and employees or agents, so that any person who is or was a director, officer, employee or agent of such constituent corporation, or is or was serving at the request of such constituent corporation as a director, officer, employee or agent of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust or other enterprise, shall stand in the same position under this Section with respect to the resulting or surviving corporation as such person would have with respect to such constituent corporation if its separate existence had continued.
Continuation of Indemnities. The indemnities contained in this Lease apply after the end of this Lease in respect of any act occurring before the end of this Lease. The indemnities apply notwithstanding that the Landlord or the Lease authorised or required the Tenant to undertake or perform the activity giving rise to the Claim.
Continuation of Indemnities. The rights of each Indemnitee and Tax Indemnitee in respect of the indemnities contained in this Agreement, including in this Clause 19, shall continue in full force and effect in favour of each such Indemnitee notwithstanding the termination of this Agreement, the other Lessee’s Documents and/or the leasing of the Aircraft hereunder for any reason whatsoever, and notwithstanding cessation of business of such Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee, dissolution of such Indemnitee, Tax Indemnitee or Lessee, any change in the constitution of such Indemnitee, Tax Indemnitee or Lessee, any transfer or assignment by an Indemnitee or Tax Indemnitee of its rights in the Aircraft or its interest hereunder subject to the terms of Clause 20.2, or any other fact, event or circumstance of any kind whatsoever, whether similar to any of the foregoing or not.

Continuation of Indemnities. The indemnities in this Master Agreement will continue in force notwithstanding the end or earlier termination of the Initial Term or the sale or other disposal of any of the Equipment or the cessation of business of the Lessee or any other person or any other fact, event or circumstance of any kind whether similar to the foregoing or not.
