Postdoctoral Fellows Sample Clauses
The 'Postdoctoral Fellows' clause defines the terms and conditions governing the appointment, responsibilities, and rights of postdoctoral researchers within an organization or under a specific agreement. It typically outlines eligibility criteria, duration of the fellowship, compensation, and expectations regarding research activities and reporting. By clearly establishing the framework for postdoctoral appointments, this clause ensures both the institution and the fellow understand their obligations, thereby promoting transparency and minimizing potential disputes.
