The signs shall be of a size and form prescribed by the Director and shall consist of at least one sign facing, and reasonably visible and legible from, each adjacent public right-of-way. The fact that a parcel was not continuously posted the full period shall not at the sole discretion of the hearing authority constitute grounds for continuance where the applicant can show that a good faith effort to meet this posting requirement was made.
