Such schedules, rules, and regulations may be modified by DMMHA provided thirty (30) days’ written notice to each affected tenant is given setting forth the proposed modification, the reasons therefore, and providing Tenant an opportunity to present written comments, which shall be taken into consideration by the DMMHA, prior to the proposed modification becoming effective. Such notice shall be posted in each project, as well as in the DMMHA’s Administrative Office.

Every employer who has secured compensation under the provisions of this act shall keep posted in a conspicuous place in and about the employer's place of business typewritten or printed notices in accordance with a form prescribed by the Commission. The notices shall state that the employer has secured the payment of compensation in accordance with the provisions of this act.
