PERFORMANCE MONITORING AND REPORTING Performance indicators
Documenting and Reporting Breaches 6.1 Business Associate shall report to Covered Entity any Breach of Unsecured PHI, including Breaches reported to it by a Subcontractor, as soon as it (or any of its employees or agents) becomes aware of any such Breach, and in no case later than two (2) business days after it (or any of its employees or agents) becomes aware of the Breach, except when a law enforcement official determines that a notification would impede a criminal investigation or cause damage to national security.
Monitoring and Recording COMMUNICATIONS - We may monitor and record communications between you and us, including telephone conversations, electronic messages, electronic records, or other data transmissions that affect your accounts or other products and services. Except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law, you agree we may monitor and record such communications without your approval or further notice to you.
Accounting and Recording (1) The Warrant Agent shall promptly account to the Corporation with respect to Warrants exercised, and shall promptly forward to the Corporation (or into an account or accounts of the Corporation with the bank or trust company designated by the Corporation for that purpose), all monies received by the Warrant Agent on the subscription of Warrant Shares through the exercise of Warrants. All such monies and any securities or other instruments, from time to time received by the Warrant Agent, shall be received in trust for, and shall be segregated and kept apart by the Warrant Agent, the Warrantholders and the Corporation as their interests may appear
Safeguards Monitoring and Reporting 8. The Borrower shall do the following or cause the Project Executing Agency to do the following:
Netting and Set-Off 20.1. If the aggregate amount payable by the Client is equal to the aggregate amount payable by the Company, then automatically the mutual obligations to make payment are set-off and cancel each other.
Program Monitoring and Evaluation (c) The Recipient shall prepare, or cause to be prepared, and furnish to the Association not later than six months after the Closing Date, a report of such scope and in such detail as the Association shall reasonably request, on the execution of the Program, the performance by the Recipient and the Association of their respective obligations under the Legal Agreements and the accomplishment of the purposes of the Financing.”
Telephone Monitoring and Recording You consent to and authorize us and any of our affiliates, agents and marketing associates to monitor and/or record any of your telephone conversations with any of our or their representatives for quality control, training and other lawful purposes.
Accounting and Records The books and records of the Company shall be made and maintained, and the financial position and the results of its operations recorded, at the expense of the Company, in accordance with such method of accounting as is determined by the Managing Member. The books and records of the Company shall reflect all Company transactions and shall be made and maintained in a manner that is appropriate and adequate for the Company’s business.
Archiving and Reuse Self-Archiving: The Publisher permits the Rights Holder to archive the Contribution in accordance with the Publisher's guidelines, the current version of which is set out in the Appendix "Author's Self-Archiving Guidelines".
