Common use of Posting of Communications Clause in Contracts

Posting of Communications. (i) For so long as a Debtdomain™ or equivalent website is available to each of the Lenders hereunder, the Borrower may satisfy its obligation to deliver documents to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders under Section 5.01 by delivering one hard copy thereof to the Administrative Agent and either an electronic copy or a notice identifying the website where such information is located for posting by the Administrative Agent on Debtdomain™ or such equivalent website; provided that the Administrative Agent shall have no responsibility to maintain access to Debtdomain™ or an equivalent website.
