Posting/Placement Process a) Overview Following the posting of a vacancy on the Board website, eligible teachers, regardless of FTE, may indicate their interest electronically to Human Resources for each specific open position for which they hold qualifications, citing the posting number. Teachers can apply to more than one posting during Rounds One, Two and/or Three of the process. An email confirming receipt shall be sent to each teacher. All positions described in the process below (Rounds One to Four) shall commence at the beginning of the next school year. During each of Rounds One to Four, the applicant who is qualified and with the most seniority (as defined in Article 29) shall be offered all positions for which (s)he has applied. Teachers will be expected to make a decision upon offer without undue delay (normally within thirty minutes). Once the most COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT: CDSBEO–OECTA / Sep 1, 2014 – Aug 31, 2017 Page 41 senior qualified teacher accepts a posted position, then that posting is closed. This same process shall continue with the next most senior qualified applicant, until all postings are filled. Teachers who have accepted a new position will be ineligible to participate voluntarily in the following year’s Posting/Placement Process.

  • Amendment Process Requests to amend the Demonstration must be submitted to CMS for approval no later than 120 days prior to the planned date of implementation of the change and may not be implemented until approved. Amendment requests must include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Change Management Process If Customer or Oracle requests a change in any of the specifications, requirements, Deliverables, or scope (including drawings and designs) of the Professional Services described in any Statement of Work, the party seeking the change shall propose the applicable changes by written notice. Within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt of the written notice, each party’s project leads shall meet, either in person or via telephone conference, to discuss and agree upon the proposed changes. Oracle will prepare a change order describing the proposed changes to the Statement of Work and the applicable change in fees and expenses, if any (each, a “Change Order”). Change Orders are not binding unless and until they are executed by both parties. Executed Change Orders shall be deemed part of, and subject to, this Addendum. If the parties disagree about the proposed changes, the parties shall promptly escalate the change request to their respective senior management for resolution.

  • Scope and Order Placement These terms may be used by Customer either for a single Order or as a framework for multiple Orders. In addition, these terms may be used on a global basis by the parties’ “Affiliates”, meaning any entity controlled by, controlling, or under common control with a party. The parties can confirm their agreement to these terms either by signature where indicated at the end or by referencing these terms on Orders. Affiliates participate under these terms by placing orders which specify product or service delivery in the same country as the HP Affiliate accepting the Order, referencing these terms, and specifying any additional terms or amendments to reflect local law or business practices.

  • Step Placement A. Employees will be compensated on a salary range consisting of seven (7) steps. The salary percentage differential for the seven (7) steps is as follows:
